We provide one week of hands-on training and spraying products to ensure you’re set up for success. That one-week introduction will be followed by two weeks in the field working alongside the Area Manager.

SALES STRATEGY
We provide a Market analysis with a list of Body shops for your assigned territory. We create a sales strategy and product strategy based on the type of Body shop.
DIGITALIZATION
We offer you a comprehensive toolkit to control and optimize your work. We provide the Point of Sale (POS) Software so you don't have to worry about it and we'll train you on how to use it.

We design the route to set a number of visits per day, avoiding traffic, presetting the time spent per shop, and making the route very efficient.
THE VAN
We assist you in getting our designed and branded vans: interior racking and exterior wrapping.
